On Friday 6 March 2020, the SSA sponsored a one-day conference on conducting qualitative addiction research.
The resulting videos provide a useful resource for any qualitative addictions researcher looking to develop their skills and careers.
The conference was organised by Jo Neale from the National Addiction Centre at King’s College London and was structured around lectures by four leading UK-based qualitative researchers:
- Professor Carol Emslie, Glasgow Caledonian University
- Dr Caitlin Notley, University of East Anglia
- Dr Polly Radcliffe, King’s College London
- Professor Gerda Reith, University of Glasgow
You can view the material in any order at the conference homepage. For more qualitative resources, we invite you to visit the webpage for the SSA online Qualitative Methods Journal Club (QMJC).
